I acknowledge that I am participating in the Y’s Men of Westport/Weston activities of my own free will, and I assume all risk and take responsibility for any injury or illness including death that I, any member of my family or guest may suffer while participating in these activities, whether on site, remotely, domestically, or internationally. In consideration of being a member and participating in Y’s Men activities, I hereby release, agree not to sue and discharge the Y’s Men Westport/Weston including it’s officers, directors, trustees, members, its organizers, volunteers, agents and sponsors from any actions, claims, liabilities, damages, or losses (including, but not limited to, court costs and attorney fees) which I now have or may incur as a result from my participation in such activities.
